المستخلص

يهدف البحث إلى الکشف عن  علاقة التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبات الکرة الطائرة جلوس من خلال معرفة کل من مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى لاعبات الکرة الطائرة جلوس، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى لاعبات الکرة الطائرة جلوس، والعلاقة بين التوافق النفسي ومستوي دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى لاعبات الکرة الطائرة جلوس، واستخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي، وکانت عينة البحث (30) لاعبة (کرة الطائرة جلوس)، وکانت أدوات جمع البيانات مقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد الباحثين، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز من إعداد محمد حسن علاوي(1998)، ومن خلال قياس کل من التوافق النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى اللاعبات الطائرة جلوس، ثم قياس درجات مستويات التوافق ودرجات مستويات الدافعية تم إيجاد معامل الارتباط بين المتغيرين ، وکانت من أهم التوصيات العمل على إدماج ذوي الإعاقة في أنشطة المجتمع المختلفة، وإجراء دراسة ميدانية عن اتجاهات وميول ذوي الإعاقة.

The research aims to identify the psychological compatibility and its relationship to the motivation of achievement in volleyball players sitting by knowing both the level of psychological compatibility of volleyball players sitting, the level of motivation of athletic achievement in volleyball players sitting, and the relationship between psychological compatibility and the level of motivation of sports achievement in volleyball players sitting, and the researchers used the descriptive method, and the sample research was (30) female athletes (volleyball seating), and was Data collection tools, psychological compatibility measure prepared by researchers, and the measure of motivation of achievement by Mohammed Hassan Allawi (1998),
One of the most important results was a statistically direct correlation between psychological compatibility and the level of motivation for the athletic achievement of female volleyball players sitting, a correlation between psychological compatibility and the level of motivation for the athletic achievement of women volleyball players seating, and one of the most important recommendations was to work to integrate persons with disabilities into the various activities of society, and to conduct a field study on the trends and inclinations of women with disabilities.
